O Programa Bolsa Família e a questão de gênero: Desafios e percepções para a atuação do terapeuta ocupacional/ The “Bolsa Familia” program and the matter of gender: Challenges and perceptions for the role of occupational therapists

This article proposes a critical reflection and analyzes the factors that build, naturalize and reproduce social inequalities in the structuring and development of the current Brazilian society. Specifically, it faces this challenge through perceptions of maintenance on the relationships between women's roles, based on the relationship between the matter of gender, the social protection system, and the role of power. This paper uses a privileged for this reflection - the analysis of women beneficiary of the "Bolsa Familia" program as a locus of challenge for the action of Occupational Therapy - considering the historical and social consequences of the scenario in which these women are included and the consequent fragility with relational ties. It also analyzes the objectives proposed by the program and its possible contributions to the emowerment of women in the social context, besides being guided by the recent inclusion of the occupational therapist in the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), legitimizing its practice in the social and opening possibilities for action in this system.(AU) Este artigo propoe uma reflexao critica e se inscreve no campo de analise dos fatores que constroem, naturalizam e reproduzem as desigualdades sociais na estruturacao e no desenvolvimento da sociedade brasileira atual. Especificamente, realiza tal desafio atraves de percepcoes da manutencao da relacao de papeis entre mulheres, partindo das relacoes existentes entre a questao de genero, sistema de protecao social e papel de poder. Toma como campo privilegiado para essa reflexao a analise de mulheres beneficiarias do Programa Bolsa Familia enquanto locus de desafio de atuacao da Terapia Ocupacional, considerando os aspectos historicos e sociais decorrentes do cenario em que essas mulheres se inserem e a consequente fragilidade dos vinculos relacionais. Analisa, tambem, os objetivos propostos pelo programa e as possiveis contribuicoes dele para o empoderamento daquelas mulheres, alem de pautar-se na recente insercao do terapeuta ocupacional no Sistema Unico da Assistencia Social - SUAS, legitimando sua pratica em tal campo e abrindo possibilidades para a sua atuacao nesse sistema.(AU)
