Experience in Four Years Operation of the 2 kW-HE I-Refrigerator at FZK/Karlsruhe

The 2kW-4.4K-refrigerator has been put into operation in 1993. It has altogether run a total of 1 l,000h in 4.4K refrigeration and liquefaction mode and ca. 3,000h in combined 3.3K and 4.4K operation mode including the test runs during commissioning.
