Discussing on Application of New Processes in Military Electronic Equipment

The efficient heat transfer technology,Dacromet and fluorine paint coating process,Cu-Sn-Zn ternary alloy plating process are mew technology with more extensive applications in civilian equipment in recent years.Their actualities and characteristics are described in detail,the heat transfer effect and applications in device are discussed,as well as the anticorrosion effect of Dacromet coat and fluorine coat,questions about painting on Dacromet coat and the paint′s rigidity,impact resistance and adhesion,the concrete measures of improving fluorine coat′s adhesion,the Cu-Sn-Zn ternary alloy plating′s three-protection capability,conductivity,solder ability,adhesion,ect.The experiment,tryout and applications prove these new processes can effectively improve the reliability and environmental protection capacity of military electronic equipment.
