Successful treatment of refractory Hailey‐Hailey disease with apremilast

: Hailey-Hailey disease (HHD) is a rare autosomal dominanant, with variable penetrance and expressivity1,2, 3 . It is characterized by flaccid vescicles, bullae, erosions, erythematous plaques or wart-like papules localized at the axillary, inguinal and neck folds with a frequent symmetrical distribution1,2 . Mucosal involvement is rare2 . Nail might present linear white bands3 . Associated symptoms could be itching, burning, pain and fever4 .
