Magnetically functionalized anisotropic conductive Janus nanobelts array made by electrospinning

2021
Flexible Janus nanobelts array with conductive anisotropism and superparamagnetism is prepared via electrospinning technology. Magnetic nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 NPs) and polyaniline (PANI) are incorporated into polymer solution to prepare one-dimensional nanocomposites, which can overcome the shortcomings of single functional material. The results display that the thickness and width of single Janus nanobelt are respectively 960 nm and $6.932\pm 0.062\ \mu \mathrm{m}$ , and it has obvious asymmetric structure on both sides. The array has excellent conductive anisotropism and magnetism. Moreover, the conductive anisotropism and magnetism of the samples can be regulated by changing the PANI and Fe 3 O 4 NPs contents. The Janus nanobelts array with dual functions has important applications in electromagnetic interference shielding, nano devices and other fields. What's more, this unique construction method has important guiding significance to prepare other functional materials.
