The invention discloses an improved non-fire-work dot-type separation device.The improved non-fire-work dot-type separation device comprises a separation end and a capture end which are arranged at the two contact ends of bodies to be separated respectively and used for connecting the bodies to be separated into an integrated structure.The separation end is arranged at any contact end of the bodies to be separated and comprises a separation end connecting frame, a power-loss electromagnet, a shell, an outer rotating disc, a torsion spring, an inner rotating disc, rollers, separation nuts and a bolt.The capture end is arranged at the other contact end of the bodies to be separated through a capture end connecting frame.According to the improved non-fire-work dot-type separation device, the power-loss electromagnet serves as a control device and can make sensitive responses; the torsion spring serves as a driving source, compared with shape memory alloy, heating is not needed, the response speed is high, generated driving force is large, and thus the separation device can overcome friction force between parts more easily and achieve unlocking through rotating of the outer rotating disc; sliding friction is replaced with rolling friction, so that driving torque needed by unlocking is reduced, and needed rigidity of the torsion spring is lower.
