Synthesis and characterization of 2,6-bis(3-methyl-1-H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-bromopyridine

With 2,6-dibromo-4-amino pyridine as raw material,by means of nucleophilic substitution and diazotization-sandmeyer reaction,a new time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay analysis bifunctional chelate intermediate 2,6-bis(3-methyl-pyrazol-1-yl)-4-bromopyridine is prepared.Its structure is verified with IR,~1HNMR,GC-MS and element analysis,and both the systemization conditions and reaction mechanics are studied.
