3D Simulation of Normal and Oblique Penetration and Perforation

The 2D simulation of normal penetration has been described in Chapter 12. The same problem is re-investigated through 3D simulation using the model proposed by Zhou at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, which is the combination of the unified strength theory (Yu, 1998; Yu, 2004) and the experimental data.
