Effect of alkaline-earth metals on SO2 emission characteristics during co-combustion of coal and biomass.

Adjust the content of sulfur and alkaline-earth minerals in the sample by using addition agent and acid washing.After testing effect of different quantity alkaline-earth minerals on sulfur emission,an experiment is conducted to study the regulation of sulfur remove under the effect of alkaline -earth minerals during combustion of coal and biomass by combined DTG and GCMS.Results indicate:Ca and Mg can restrain the function on reaction speed of combust of coal and biomass and the emission of SO2.Ca puts up the function of so strong constrict emission of SO2 in the whole combution course,but the function of Mg manifests in the low temperature phase.
