Status of research work field with respect to test methods for banned and restricted dyes in hair dyes

The classification as well as action process and safety issues of oxidation type hair dyes were briefed.The regulations for supervision and administration of hair dyes executed in China and the European Union were compared. The main test methods,kinds of hair dye to be detected,as well as advantages and disadvantages of the test methods for the oxidation type hair dyes were emphatically described.
