Clinical observation of octreotidec combined with danshen injection and rhubarb in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective:To study the clinical effects of octreotidec combined with danshen injection and rhubard in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:24 cases of SAP were divided into 2 groups randomly.The treatment group was treated with octreotidec combined with danshen and rhubarb,while the control grop was theated with octreotidec.The C reactive protein,complication,and days in hospital clinical effects were observed.Results:The clinical benefits of C reactive protein,complication,and days in hospital in treatment group were observed as compared to the control group.Significant difference was obtained between two groups.Conclusion:It is possible that octreotidec combined with danshen and rhubarb has coefficient efficacy for the trearmant of SAP,and its curative effect is superior to that in only with octreotidec.
