Arthroscopic TFCC Repair: Inside out Technique

Triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) tear is one of the most common causes of ulnar wrist pain and can be associated with distal radioulnar joint (DRUJ) instability. Different methods including both open and arthroscopic techniques have been described in repairing TFCC. This chapter presents an arthroscopic-assisted inside out technique for the repair of TFCC, and tips and tricks to simplify the procedure are discussed. Improvement in the clinical outcomes, together with a low complication rate, are noted.
