Chemical constituents of Viola tianshanica

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Viola tianshanica.Method:Compounds were isolated by silica column,pharmadex LH-20 column and polyamide column,and their structures were elucidated by UV,IR,ESI-MS and NMR.Result:Six compounds were isolated and identified as daucosterol(1),kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-glucoside(4),kaempferol(5) and quercetin(6).Conclusion:Compounds 2-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
