Shibukawa Plant, Daido Steel Co., Ltd., installed 9-ton vacuum induction melting furnace(VIM) in February, 1999(and also installed 3-ton VIM in July, 1999) at melting shop in order to expand production of high alloyed material and to strengthen competitiveness.
