The invention discloses a formwork sealing material preventing root rotting of a road bridge foundation engineering retaining wall. The formwork sealing material is composed of a flexible tubular body, springs, cylinders, cones, circular truncated cone bodies and an adhesive body. The springs are evenly distributed in the flexible tubular body. The lower ends of the springs are stuck to the circular truncated cone bodies. The circular truncated cone bodies are stuck to the flexible tubular body. The upper ends of the springs are stuck to the cylinders. The cones are stuck to the cylinders. The cones penetrate the upper side wall of the flexible tubular body. The adhesive body is stuck to the upper face of the flexible tubular body. The formwork sealing material is simple, novel and reasonable in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient to operate, high in practicability, capable of preventing the common problem of root rotting of the reinforced concrete retaining wall and capable of achieving the purposes that the reinforced concrete retaining wall is good in appearance effect, high in quality and long in service life.
