Распространенность раннего ревматоидного артрита в Санкт-Петербурге и особенности его диагностики

2007
Subject of investigation. 2000 residents of Saint-Petersburg for questionnaire and 184 patients with early arthritis for dynamic observation. Aim. To assess the prevalence of early rheumatoid arthritis (eRA) in Saint-Petersburg and to evaluate the importance of clinical, immunological and radiological methods for its early diagnosis. Results. ERA is diagnosed with incidence 0,013-0,016 % every year in Saint-Petersburg. New immunological marker for eRA is anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies. Sonography and magnetic resonance imaging testing can reveal early changes characteristic for rheumatoid arthritis. X-ray examination doesn't reveal these changes. Key words: early rheumatoid arthritis, anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies, sonography, magnetic resonance imaging.
