Congenital absence of the pulmonic valve: Report of a case in a seventy-three year old man∗

Abstract The case of a 73 year old Negro man with congenital absence of the pulmonic valve is reported. The congenital anomaly was not suspected prior to autopsy. It is believed that this patient's survival is the longest on medical record with this type of lesion.
