Deux cas d’histiocytome fibreux malin du cuir chevelu

We report 2 cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the scalp, an unusual localization for such a soft tissue sarcoma. Since 1 case occurred in a very old lady, surgery was not performed but rather radiotherapy, which resulted in a complete control of the scalp lesion. 5 months later, however, a new lesion occurred in the abdomen but no recurrence was seen on the scalp.
