Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Urticaria and effect on T-lymopholyte subsynecology with the application to navel in the treatment

Objective: To observe the immunity and clinical therapeutic effect of Chronic Urticaria with external application to navel in the treatment.Methods: 65 patients were divided into two groups at random.The treatment group were treated with external application to navel,the control group took Loratadine Dispersible Tablets.The EOS count,the T-lymopholyte subsynecology,the ECP and the function of liver and kidney were detected and compared before and after treated.The clinical therapeutic effect and the recurrence rate were compared as well.Results:After the treatment,there were significant differences about the ECP count(P0.05).It is also found that the higher difference about CD4 percentand CD4/CD8 rations(P0.05).The rate of recurrence in the treatment group is lower than the other.Conclusion: The external application to navel in the treatment can adjust the imbalance of Th1/Th2 rations,regulate anaphylaxis and allergy,reduce the rate of recurrence and enhance immunity function.
