Sarcomas miocárdicos primarios. A propósito de dos observaciones

Two cases of primary cardiac sarcoma are reviewed. The first had a rhabdomyosarcoma of the left ven tri ele and the second an indiferenciated sarcoma in the left atrium. Only in this second case an haemodynamic diagnosis was performed; the first was diagnosed ofleft ventricular aneurysm. In both patients surgery was performed, but both died in the immediate postoperative period.
