Migraine-related Vasoactive Drugs Experiment Screening

Objective Blood flow abnormalities was associated with migraine,to explore the effect of migraine-related vasoactive drugs on blood flow velocity.Methods The rats were divided into epinephrine group,norepinephrine group,dopamine(DA) group,solvent group and normal group.Detected common carotid artery(CCA) blood flow velocity dynamically with pulsed doppler flow probe on the rat and evaluated the influence of vasoactive agent on blood flow velocity change index(BFVCI).Results Epinephrine,norepinephrine,DA can all decrease the blood flow velocity.Conclusion Abnormal blood flow may be one of the pathogenesis of migraine.
