The diffusion length of minority carriers in CdS films used for solar cells

Abstract A simple method of determining the diffusion length of the minority carriers in an AlCdS Schottky-type diode is presented. The results obtained are reproducible and are in good agreement with the values reported by other workers who used different measurement methods.
