Identification of Possible Scenarios for the Development of the Labor Market in The Digital Transformation of the Economy

The article presents a method for determining possible scenarios for the development of the labor market in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy based on cognitive modeling. A number of problems of the labor market are considered. Some results of applying the methodology to research and modeling scenarios for the possible development of a regional labor market are given as an example of the Volgograd region. The new approach is based on the use of cognitive modeling to analyze the impact of digitalization of the economy on the development of the labor market in order to effectively identify possible transformation scenarios at the regional level for practical application.
