Bionic corncob picking device

2012
The utility model provides a bionic corncob picking device, and relates to a corncob picking device which is suitable for being mounted on a corn harvesting machine. The bionic corncob picking device comprises machine frames (4), a clamping conveying mechanism and a corncob picking mechanism, wherein the machine frames (4) are fixedly connected with a machine frame of a harvesting machine, the machine frames (4) are left-right symmetrical with each other, the machine frames (4) are obliquely arranged relative to the ground, and the front portion of each machine frame (4) is lower than the rear portion of each machine frame (4). The clamping conveying mechanism is composed of a pair of clamping conveying belts (3) and a pair of closed-ring type corn-stalk holding guiding belts (7), wherein the clamping conveying belts (3) are next to each other and arranged above the machine frames (4) in parallel, and the closed-ring type corn-stalk holding guiding belts (7) are arranged at the front ends of the clamping conveying belts (3), one closed-ring type corn-stalk holding guiding belt (7) extends towards the left side, and the other closed-ring type corn-stalk holding guiding belt (7) extends towards the right side. The corncob picking mechanism is composed of a pair of corncob picking rollers (13) arranged under the machine frames (4), the corncob picking rollers (13) are obliquely connected with the machine frames (4), the front end of each corncob picking roller (13) is higher than the rear end of each corncob picking roller (13), and a clearance between the corncob picking rollers (13) and a clearance between the clamping conveying belts (3) are located in the same vertical face. According to the bionic corncob picking device, a bending and breaking-off principle used in a manual corncob picking process is imitated, and the problem that an existing stretching and squeezing method can cause damage to corns is fundamentally solved.
