2009
Objective To investigate the relationship between the pathologic features of the uninvolved endometrium and prognosisin postmenopausal endometrial carcinoma. Methods The clinicopathologic features of 23 cases ot endometrial carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results According to the proliferative uninvolved endometeium(PUE) were more much related with the clinical risk factors than those of atrophic uninvolved endometrium(AUE)(P0.01).Aue cases had much worse grade, much deeper myometrial invasion(P0.01).The overall 5 year survival rate 1was 87.5%in the PUE and 40.O% in the AUE cases(P0.05).Conclusion The histopathologic types of the uninvolved endometrium were related to the prognosis of the patients with endometrial carcinoma. The patients with proliferative uninvolved endometrium had better prognosis than those with atrophic uninvolved endometrium·
