The invention relates to an integrated medical bracket machining method which is mainly used for solving the problem that the qualification rate after the laser cutting of the bracket in the prior art is low. The integrated medical bracket machining method comprises a pipe diameter tolerance self-compensating method, a method for monitoring the pipe diameter changes of the medical bracket on line and a pipe diameter automatic measuring method, wherein a pipe diameter tolerance self-compensating device comprises a bracket laser cutter, an opposite irradiating measuring head and a control system processing center; the opposite irradiating measuring head is arranged between a pipe chuck on a two-dimensional motion platform in the bracket laser cutter and a clamping lining sleeve of the pipe close to the cutting area; according to the technical scheme, when the pipe is in a cutting status, the bracket clamp is clamped on the chuck, the chuck is fixed on the rotary shaft, and the bracket pipe is arranged between a signal generator and a signal receiver of the opposite irradiating measuring head, so that the problem is well solved, and the integrated medical bracket machining method can be used in the medical bracket pipe measuring device manufacturing industry.
