The invention discloses a novel spiral fin self-supporting heat exchanger which comprises parts such as a pull rod, a pipe spacer 1, a support ring 2, heat exchange pipes 3, spiral fins 4, a shell body 5 and the like; the key components of the heat exchanger are the spiral fins wound on each heat exchange pipe; the spiral fins not only have the function of supporting the heat exchange pipes, but also have the function of disturbing the flow, can effectively improve the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger shell side, lead the flow resistance of shell-side fluid to be greatly reduced, produce good anti-scaling and descaling functions, and have relatively strong vibration prevention and resistance capability. The blocking effect of the bundle support ring reduces the leakage flow ineffective on heat transfer between the bundles and the shell body, and is conducive to improve the overall heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger can be widely applied to the industry departments such as petroleum, chemical engineering, light industry, medicine, energy and power, and the like, and is key equipment for material heating, cooling, waste heat recycling, and energy saving and consumption reducing in industrial production.
