2014
Introduction Collagenous gastritis is a rare histopathologic disease. It is characterized by marked subepithelial collagen deposition with associated inflammatory infiltrate. It is considered an uncommon disease among the general population. Collagenous gastritis without colonic involvement is an extremely rare disease. It is not known to be associated with systemic lupus erythromatosis. This is the first report of this type of association.
