The invention discloses a multi-model compressing method for transmitting general aircraft longitude and latitude position data by beidou equipment, which comprises the following steps: step 1, confirming precision of the longitudinal and latitude position data according to practical situation and truncating the data; step 2, performing predicative encoding on the data being subjected to truncation in the step 1 based on one or more than one resumptive model; step 3, performing Huffman encoding on a plurality of predicative encoding data obtained in the step 2; step 4, generating compressed data heads and compressed data volumes based on a plurality of predicative encodings obtained in the step 3 and selecting one compressed data head and one compressed data volume with minimum byte count; and step 5, uncompressing the data. According to the invention, the predicative encoding based on different models is adopted to further improve the compressing efficiency and realize precise monitoring for an aircraft.
