One case of cysticercosis in the interventricular septum of the heart

患者男,43岁,农民.近1年来无明显诱因出现胸闷及左胸部阵发性疼痛,休息后可自行缓解.自2007年2月以来出现双侧眼睑水肿、心悸,活动后加重.于2007年4月入我院检查.有畜牧接触史.体检:一般情况好,心界不大,心律齐,胸骨左缘第2～4肋间可闻及全收缩期Ⅲ级杂音.
