医院感染中革兰阴性杆菌AmpC β-内酰胺酶产酶率分析

Objective To investigate the productive rate of AmpC β-lactamases in the Gram-negative bacilli from the nosocomial infection in Huadong hospital. Methods Durative high expressed AmpC β-lactamases were detected by the improved cefotaxime three-dimensional test. Results The productive rate of the durative high expressed AmpC β-lactamases was 7.20%. In this determination, Enterobacter cloacae, Citrobacter freundii and Serrotia marcescens were easy to produce the enzymes, and the productive rates were 36.85%, 33.34% and 33.34% respectively. Conclusions The productive rate of AmpC β-lactamases in the Gram-negative bacilli from the nosocomial infection is rather high, which should be attached great importance to clinic.
