The invention relates to an air cooling system (1) for cooling a brake disc (2) in a wheel (3) of a motor vehicle, the cooling system comprising a concave deflector (20) facing the front of the vehicle and towards the brake disc, characterized in that it further comprises an auxiliary deflector (22) situated substantially at right of the concave deflector (20) for directing a vertical deviated portion of the air flow entering (F1) towards the brake disc (2).
