Microturbines are devices that have applications in generating electricity,heat generation, model airplanes, peak power units, aviation, engine plants and automobiles. One element that is part of the microturbine is the combustion chamber. This work summarizes the design and construction of a combustion chamber for a gas microturbine. Additionally we seek to develop a theoretical basis for the design and construction of such devices.
