Uroacitide from Human Urine against Human Ovarian Cancer Cell SKOV3

Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Uroacitide which is a mixture isolated and purified from human urine on human orarian cancer cell.Methods: The effect of CDA-II on growth curve,SKOV3 was observed in vitrocultures.Results: The growth speed,proliferation ability survival rate can be reduced by CDA-II,and prolong doubling time.Conclusion: CDA-II has remarkable effect on anti-cell,proliferation and can decrease survival rate.Our results suggest that CDA-II shows good prospects of application for the treatment of Ovarian Cancer.
