Determination of the Compound Sulfachorpyrdazine Sodium Powder by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry and Ditration Dead-stop

A method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for the determination of TMP (Tripethoprim) in the compound sulfachorpyrdazine sodium powder.The linear range of standard carve was 10~50 μg/mL and the corelation coefficient was 0.999 5(RSD=0.55%);the average recovery was 99.7%.Another method of titration dead-stop was used for the determination of sulfachorpyrdazine sodium in the compound sulfachorpyrdazine sodium powder.The average recovery was 99.82%(RSD=0.49%).Results of two methods were identical.
