The invention discloses an underwater splitter based on high-low level digital signal control.The splitter comprises two high voltage vacuum switches, four high voltage diversion diodes, two voltage sampling resistors, a current limit resistor, a controller and a voltage stabilizing diode.According to the underwater splitter based on the high-low level digital signal control, two different voltage classes are utilized for simulating a high level and a low level, namely '1' and '0' of a digital signal, according to a preset communication protocol, a shore-based power supply supplies a series of different consecutive high levels and low levels to an undersea network system to serve as control signals so as to conduct active control over different states to the high voltage vacuum switches in the underwater splitter, and branch and failure isolation of under nodes are completed.Compared with an existing underwater splitter, the splitter has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost and high in reliability.
