HABILIDADES BASICAS PARA ADMINISTRAR ENTREVISTAS PSICOLOGICAS EN ESTUDIANTES DE PSICOLOGIA QUE DESARROLLAN LAS PRACTICAS PRE-PROFESIONALES EN INSTITUCIONES PUBLICAS DE SALUD

Se presenta un proyecto cuyo objetivo es indagar la identificacion y el entrenamiento de habilidades basicas para administrar entrevistas psicologicas de practicantes de instituciones publicas de salud. Se define como habilidades basicas, a la escucha, a la facilitacion de la actividad narrativa y a la facilitacion de la generacion de narrativas alternativas especificas (Fernandez Liria y Rodriguez Vega, 2006), Se encuadra en un enfoque cualitativo. Para identificar las habilidades basicas para entrevistar desempenadas por los profesionales se instruyo a los estudiantes en la aplicacion de una grilla de observacion. Para analizar el entrenamiento de las habilidades de los practicantes en el espacio de supervision se diseno una grilla de registro.El analisis se realiza a traves del procedimiento analitico inductivo, en el marco de teoria fundamentada, esto mediante una codificacion abierta de las transcripciones verbales. Se presentan resultados preliminares: entre las habilidades observadas en el espacio institucional los practicantes reconocen la actitud general de escucha. Dentro de las habilidades entrenadas destacan la actitud interna del entrevistador y la utilizacion del yo observador. Tambien la facilitacion de la actividad narrativa (reflejo empatico). Entre las habilidades observadas y entrenadas en la supervision reconocen el entrenamiento del yo observador y del reflejar empatico. To identify basic interviewing performed by professional students he was instructed in the application of a grid of observation skills.
