Assembled acetabular prosthesis positioning device based on 3D printing technology

2017
The invention provides an assembled acetabular prosthesis positioning device based on 3D printing technology. The device comprises guiding nails used for determining the placing angle of an acetabular prosthesis, and the guiding nails are in a cylindrical shape; the guiding nails include a central guiding nail and a plurality of peripheral guiding nails; angle positioning holes are formed in an angle determination mechanism, and the number of the angle positioning holes is consistent with that of the guiding nails; the guiding nails penetrate the angle positioning holes; depth positioning holes are formed in a depth determination mechanism, and the number of the depth positioning holes is consistent with that of the peripheral guiding nails; the peripheral guiding nails penetrate the depth positioning holes; an adjustable embracing fixator is fixedly connected with the depth determination mechanism; the adjustable embracing fixator comprises a clamp and a connecting support. According to the assembled acetabular prosthesis positioning device based on the 3D printing technology, implantation angle and depth of the acetabular prosthesis can be precisely determined; the device is small in volume, convenient to disinfect and low in cost.
