The present invention discloses a strain stress calculation method and the overall safety warning large span steel bridge method is based on monitoring data analysis and temperature stress, wherein the total stress calculation method includes a step, collected by the health monitoring system with bridge temperature; step two, the strain isolated from the measured strain temperature; step three, uniform temperature and temperature gradient is calculated on the steel box girder in cross section; step four, axial restraint stress calculation; step five, the bending stress calculation constraints; step six , since the temperature stress calculation; step seven, from the finite element model to obtain gravity stress; step eight, long-span bridges calculated the total stresses during operation. Compared to the traditional method of early warning, early warning indicators of the present invention is clear, clear mechanical model, taking into account the effects of temperature load on the structure of long-span bridges, suitable for engineering promotion.
