Guide-out single-bearing-point independent suspension

2016
The invention discloses a guide-out single-bearing-point independent suspension, comprising an upper fork arm, a lower fork arm, an elastic element, a damper and a fork arm positioning shaft; the front ends of the upper and lower fork arms are connected with upper and lower hanging points of a wheel through main pins, respectively, the middles of the upper fork arm are connected to a frame through fork arm positioners, respectively, the elastic element is disposed between the bottom of the rear end of the upper fork arm and the frame, and the damper is mounted on the upper portion of the front end of the upper fork arm. Reasonable symmetric axis hanging points are calculated and selected using the principle of moments, corresponding available space is expanded around upper and lower arms of the double fork arms, reasonable bearing shaft points and transfer parts of the frame are constructed, the direction of movement of the shaft hanging points of the double fork arms can be diverted by a returning force using the principles of leverage and moments, elastic force is absorbed and borne, the suspension based on mechanical principles adapts to automobile technical requirements better, and thus technical indexes of a driving system are improved.
