Simulador Animado de Grúa Torre para Aplicaciones de Investigación

The crane towers are no-lineal physical systems of three degrees of freedom. Due to its physical characteristics and complexity, they are interesting for the investigators of the automation area. For this reason, this paper describes the implementation of a simulator animated in 3D of crane tower made with MATLAB tools, which can be operated manually through icons or automatically through control algorithms. The simulator has been put on test when it has been controlled with algorithms developed at Virginia Tech University.
