Novel two-section fluidized bed

The utility model relates to chemical equipment for drying and mixing material, in particular to a novel two-section fluidized bed for polyester chip solid-phase tackifying production lines. A material inlet is arranged at the upper end of the two-section fluidized bed, a processed material outlet is arranged at the lower end, an air inlet channel is arranged at the bottom, and an air channel is arranged at the top part. The inner part of the two-section fluidized bed is divided into a first-section fluidized bed and a second-section fluidized bed. A multi-hole plate is levelly laid above the air inlet channel of the bottom of the inner part of the two-section fluidized bed. One weir plate is respectively arranged at down-steam outlets of the first-section fluidized bed and the second-section fluidized bed, and two to three vertical baffle plates are respectively arranged in the first-section fluidized bed and the second-section fluidized bed. The utility model has the advantages of that the structure is compact thereby greatly reducing the occupied area of equipment and the height of ancillary plants; the energy consumption is small; the equipment can continuously run stably, and the evenness of cut crystallization is obviously improved; and material at uneven stopping time is reduced to 2.5% (one fourth of a traditional single equipment).
