Following this Introduction is a section that provides the context and rationale of the TA, including the situation of key health and nutrition indicators in the state as well as in the three aspirational districts. The third section outlines the key points of the TA, its objectives, activities, outputs and outcomes. The fourth and final section discusses the key learnings from this engagement.
