The invention relates to a high stability iron / manganese catalyst for fluidized bed Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and a preparation method thereof, and mainly solves problems in a prior art that because the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction is a strong exothermic reaction, when a fixed bed is used, heat in the reactor is hard to expel and temperature runaway is likely to happen to inactivate the catalyst, and that when a fluidized bed is used, activity of the catalyst needs to be adjusted by increasing a reaction temperature continuously (the catalyst has weak stability), and light oil ingredient has low selectivity. The preparation method employed by the invention and the catalyst prepared by the method provide a good technical scheme to well solve the problems. A formula of the catalyst employs at least one of Si or Al oxide as a carrier; and an active component, calculated by atomic ratio, has a chemical formula as below: Fe100AaBbCcOx, wherein A represents Mn, and B represents at least one of Mg and Zn, and C is one selected from Ti, Zr and Ce; and the catalyst, according to characteristics thereof, is suitable for but not limited to a high temperature fluidized bed reactor.
