Properation of Bacterial Cellulose with Acetobacter Xylinum

Acetobacter xylinum was used to synthesize bacterial cellulose and the optimum fermented condition was gotten by orthogonal and single factor experiments. Then scanning electron microscopy, IR spectra were used to analyse the microstructure of bacterial cellulose.
