The invention discloses a high hydraulic shock resistance sealing gasket and a manufacturing method thereof. The high hydraulic shock resistance sealing gasket is manufactured from raw materials such as polyurethane rubber, PA66, POE (Polyene Elastomer), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), maleic anhydride, dicumyl peroxide, vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane, potassium titanate fibers, ethylene bistearic amide, modified wollastonite, zinc borate, triphenyl phosphate, acetylene black and the like. According to the manufacturing method, the ABS, the POE and the potassium titanate fibers are used as toughening modifying agents of nylon, and after melt blending modification, the impact resistance and the compressive strength of the nylon are obviously improved, and the interfacial compatibility of the nylon and the polyurethane rubber is effectively improved, thus the hydraulic shock resistance of the sealing gasket is improved; wollastonite is also modified, so that the dispersibility of the wollastonite in the rubber can be obviously improved, and the mechanical strength, the oil resistance, the wear resistance, the high-temperature resistance and the like of the sealing gasket are improved.
