A method of improving driver performance through performance feedback; the method comprising the steps of: receiving the operation data of the vehicle (112) from the vehicle relating to the vehicle operating condition; monitor a part of the vehicle interior and receiving operator activity data (118) from the interior portion of the vehicle relating to activities of the operator (108) within the interior portion; receive data from the vehicle (114) from the outside environment around the vehicle; monitoring the operator (108) and receive the data conditions operator (116) concerning the status of the operator (108); recording the evaluation of the performance of the operator based on the operation data of the vehicle (112) activity data operator (118), environmental data of the vehicle (114) and condition data of the operator (116); characterized by the evaluation of the implementation of the operator being the value of laejecucion driver assessing the operator's ability to activate the operation of a vehicle compared to known good practices; storing the evaluation of the operator on board the vehicle; and inform the operator of the evaluation of the implementation of the operator to improve driver performance.
