The invention relates to a PE (polyethylene) electric-welding pipe fitting with a RFID (radio frequency identification device) intelligent chip and a forming process for the PE electric-welding pipe fitting. In order to solve various problems caused by disalignment, a manual welding parameter input mode, misoperation and the like in a connecting and welding process of polyethylene pipeline products, the PE electric-welding pipe fitting is characterized by comprising a tubular PE electric-welding pipe fitting main body, wherein connected PE pipes are arranged at the two ends of the PE electric-welding pipe fitting main body respectively; resistance wires which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the inner wall, contacting with the PE pipes, of the PE electric-melting pipe fitting main body; an electrode protective sleeve of a mounted copper electrode is arranged on the PE electric-melting pipe fitting main body; a welding indicator column is arranged on a position opposite to an outer diameter part which is provided with a resistance wire; and the RFID intelligent chip is further arranged on the PE electric-meting pipe fitting main body. The PE electric-welding pipe fitting disclosed by the invention realizes inner production management and storage and retrieval management of products as well as digital intelligent management in a construction process of a user, is precise in welding heat control, stable and energy-saving, high in dimension precision and high in welding strength.
