Exploration and Practice on the Expermiental Teaching Reform of Food Specialty

The expermiental teaching is crucial for students of food specialty.The expermiental teaching reform were discussed from five aspects in this paper,which included experiment teaching system,teaching content and pattern,teaching means,teaching assessment mode and teaching management system.These measurements were proved to be helpful for improving students' quality and strengthening innovation capability.
