Evaluasi Pengaruh Getaran Kendaraan Truk dan Variasi Jarak Terhadap Kerusakan Bangunan

2018
The vibrations that occur on the highway is one of the impact caused by the increase in the number of heavy vehicles and road conditions are getting worse, causing damage to existing buildings around the road (Osama Unaidi, 2008). A study examining the relationship between damage to buildings and the intensity of vibration on the highway has been done, however, a study specifically to see the relationship of vibration intensity on road access to factory area (warehouse) has not been done. The purpose of this study is to know the amount of vibration generated by tronton  and its impact on damage to buildings. To answer that objective, the research method used was semi field test of vibration originating from 30 ton tronton truck which varied with distance (50 cm and 100 cm from vibration source). The measurement method refers to the Instruction Manual Vibration Level Meter, produced and then evaluated by KEPMEN LH 49 / MENLH / II / 1996.Research shows that the vibrations measured at a distance of 50 cm enter in category B, while at 100 cm distance entered in category A. Based on KEPEMN LH 49 / MENLH / II / 1996, Category B (at 31.5 Hz instrument frequency) indicates the possibility of cracking or removing plaster on the load bear wall and for category A (31.5 Hz frequency) indicates no damage to building. This condition can change if the number, load and speed of vehicles that occur larger (as in the arterial road). The level of damage to existing buildings will be different, may even be causing greater damage.   Keywords : vibration, level of damage to buildings, Vibration Level Meter, Leq Z
